Incompetent, ignorant and not fit for purpose. My family have used this company for years, but will no longer do so. When you book a cab in plenty of time, to catch a train the cab company has ONE JOB. The car didn't turn up. "Its on it's way" presumably means from Mars. I missed my train. No apology. Just an arrogant disregard for customers and "We can't guarantee you wont miss your train" Another train ticket costs me £80 and two hours. Thanks for nothing, FastCabs. My family wont ever use you again

I booked a taxi with fast cabs and they arrived 30+ minutes later. They need to change there name to slow cabs

I was waiting for saying sorry or sth not to put my phone down.Poeple never choose the fast cab before!!!!!My 6 years old was devastated mussing her exam waiting for taxi. NO APOLIGSE NOTHING, PUTTING PHONE DOWN!!!!!!

The worst Taxi ever!!!!!!The lady put the phone down, when I call her third time , said I am waiting outside my house with my 6 years old waiting for her important exam .The lady (I am a very polite)put my phone down She heard me crying , I can't go coz I am late already my little one is devastated , she said the taxi driver was at home , even at my backdoors.Ha ha ha , I don't have a backdoors sweetheart and I was waiting outside for half an hour .I couldn't miss your taxi!!#####I am not let the case so easily.People never ever choose this taxi!!!!!!!!#

The worst taxi ever, I wait for half an hour outside with my daughter waiting for taxi.Never show up.I result my daughter didn't get her ballet exam.She was devastated.Lady in the office put the phone down didn't want to even speak with me telling me , taxi driver was in my house.He never show up.Who is giving back my money for exam and months of practising.Must went to the wrong address.
