Pre booked a taxi to pick both me and my dog with a return trip. Taxi never showed. When the office was contacted they informed me that when they accepted and confirmed the booking it only meant that I could have a taxi if there was one available and in the area. So what's the point in booking. Totally unreliable

Pre booked taxi to gilderdyke white horse inn there and back no show for return trip when rang up office lied and said it had been and gone said another one was on way again lied when rang back told no one had picked the job up so pre booking with firm counts for nothing left two women stuck in the middle ov nowhere operator on phone totally wrong attitude will not this firm again cheers 35 total crap

Prebooked taxi to gilderdyke there and back 1830 taxi on time 2330 taxi no show so stuck at gilderdyke when rang office at 2345 to see coming got told been which was a lie when back rang back got not there problem so why do I pre book taxi with these chap firm never using again stuck in gilderdyke 2 hours

Wife ordered taxi at 7.40pm, taxi turned up MUCH later and sounded the horn. Drove off as wife was approaching. Phoned the company and they said they'd send him back. Still nothing. Phoned at 9.10pm and told two cars had been sent out. Liars. Won't use again, useless lying 'company'.

Waited one hour and forty five minutes with two vulnerable adults to return themhome, I called them twice and was told it was on its way and then that it had been and no one was there, what a disgrace this taxi firm is and very rude staff on the phone .

the mrs booked taxi for 23:15 at approximately 15:00 outside her shop from 23:05 until 00:00 taxi driver apologised . when i telephoned just after 00:00 asked telephonist whether it was good service to be 45 minutes late at this time of night to collect a lone female ,it was not her fault i re-iterated i was not blaming her individually but the company but given excuse after excuse ( not enough drivers customers not being ready ,basically everyones fault but the company ) when i said but you are controlling the bookings and you are in control of accepting jobs surely you must take some responsibility to which she replied the booking time is only an estimate and 45 minutes is not too long a wait then she cut me offline dont think its good service do you ?

Booked a taxi yesterday afternoon for 21;30 last night. Wanted to make sure my mother got home safely. I rang them just after 21:30 as I had not received a text saying the taxi was on its way. I was told that it would be a couple of minutes as it was on the next street. I called back at 21:45 as it still hadnt arrived and we had been waiting outside since 21:30. I was told again by a very rude male that it was in its way and how many times does he have to say this before putting the phone down on me. I ended up walking my mum home in the dark as the taxi hadnt arrived. This was at 22:00. I had to walk back home on my own. I was fuming and felt quite vulnerable. How many women end up being harmed by walking home after a taxi doesnt turn up. There should be a law against this. 35 behaviours are disgusting and dangerous and shame in them. Please avoid this firm at all cost

Rang to order a taxi 3 hours before I needed it. After 15 mins of waiting called to a man arguing with me telling me just because I order one for 10.30pm I shouldnt expect them to send one at that time....DO NOT USE THEY ARE HAPPY TO LEAVE YOU WAITING THEY ARE RUDE AND UNRELIABLE. Used 50 instead and a taxi came in 2mins!!!

Rang for a taxis at 6.30am for 6.45am never arrived had to rang them back another 3 times. Kept on telling me it's on his way. The attitude of the guy at the other end of the phone was disgraceful, he said well you won't use us again will you. At 7.20 the taxis driver rang to say he was here which he wasn't, he was at the wrong house. This taxis firm is a waste of space ran by muppets I will never use this company again I would rather walk. I have rated your firm 1 star because of the lies and rude attitude of your staff.

Disgraceful attitude - there are no laws about when someone can cancel a booking, so you think its ok to call a customer a tw*t? Maybe you should check that your driver doesnt have his phone on speaker!You messed us around over christmas, telling us cars were coming but never arrived, lies after lies. You had the cheek last night to tell my son he had to pay the driver even though he had rung to cancel the booking, and then you threaten to ban us from every taxi firm in Hull? Really? Your staff couldn't run a bath let alone a taxi firm. If management read this - check your phone records from last night around 9pm, and if you think this is acceptable, you have serious problems

The last three times I have ordered a taxi from this company they have said it would be 5/10 minutes or simply said not long yet every time it was at least 15 minutes. One time they forgot my booking when I called asking when it would be. This was thoroughly disappointing
