I give this taxi 5 stars because they are very good and they pick passengers up from their houses and back home

Terrible staff, they don't know what customers service is!! Always late!!!

Pre booked Links taxi. Got sent a message that car was there to collect us. My family and I went out straight away. Car not there. Even checked a similar car with different registration. Couldnt get hold of Links at all. Left out in the cold for 40 mins, past midnight, until another family member collected us. Got charged by Links as a no show. When I contacted the office next day they stated we hadnt shown up. Could not even be bothered to address me by name or give their name in the message. No duty of care given at all. Very rude.

Awful and unreliable! Booked in advance for set time and taxi never turned up. Nobody picked the phone either. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Would give 0 if I could! Was taking guinea pig to the vets for the first time so he was terrified as it was. We got into the car and the music was very loud so we politely asked if he could turn it down a little bit as we was right next to the speakers he did it....literally 30 seconds later turned it right back up again full blast compeltey ignoring what we had asked and it was very loud would be ignorant even if there wasn't a terrified animal in the car. This made our guinea pig extremely scared even more than he was and wasn't a pleasant experience. Will not be using this company again. Will stick to fon a car which we used for the way back and fair to say we tipped as the driver was lovely and was even disgusted when we told him about our journey there saying it was pure ignorance which I agree.

UNRELIABLE AND STUPID. BOOK A TAXI ONLINE USING MY NAKE 'SARAH' CAMW OUT TO TAXI WHEN IT ARRIVED TO FIND IT LEAVING WITH A MAN! BLUE TOYOTA AURIS SURNAME SELL. ABSOLUTELY FUMING!!

Absolutely rubbish, phoned for taxi, 30 mins later no taxi, phoned back someone else took taxi I booked. Receptionist was no help and rude.

The most disgraceful taxi service I have ever used!!!!! Taxis booked for a wedding party for bride groom and family over a month before- on the night left stranded at the venue waiting over an hour- when calling to find out where the taxis where phone was left off the hook and when they eventually answered I had the phone put down on me! I will never use this taxi company again they should be ashamed of there disgraceful service and I would advise everyone not to use the them!!!! Try one of the many other fantastic services in the area but avoid Hedon/ holderness taxis like the plague!!!!

We booked a taxi at 4am as we was going on holiday and we need to get to our pick up point at 4.40 am. Where we needed to be was only 20 mins walk but I'm disabled and we have a 5 year old. The taxi didn't come at 4am we called back and we was told that is could be 10 mins so we waited until 4:10 am we called back and they said it was going to be another 5 mins, we waited and nothing. It was 4:18 now and we was getting anxious as we needed to be at our pick up point. We called back and said we will start walking and said that which street we was using. We ended up walking the entire way. My husband ran in front to let them know me and my daughter was coming as I'm disabled and I can't walk far or fast. The taxi called my husband at 4.36 he recieved a message that said that the taxi was at the pick up point. Which was the street not our home. I was appalled at this service it almost cost us our holiday, we got to the pick up point just in time exactly 4.40am by walking

I was working during the eat out to help out sceme as a chef and during this time I was working nearly 60 hours a week on North Ferriby so I thought I would get a taxi which is about just over 1 mile away from my workplace to see my kids at park and the drive charged me £15 which is extortionate and the driver told me it cost an extra £7 because of the area that I am in.

There OK. Have been late a couple of times. Book earlier than you need to. They are a small cab firm. Can only get better and room for improvement. Gaz Hessle.

Taxi was pre booked 36 hours before and then turned to 35 minutes late. No apology, fobbed off on the phone. Awful service.

Booked car 3 hours in advance and booking accepted. Taxi did not turn up. Called was told taxi on way soon. Called two more times told same thing with excuse why previous car had not come. 40 mins late and still had no eta. Useless. Not honest about eta. Not fit for purpose.

Pre booked a taxi to pick both me and my dog with a return trip. Taxi never showed. When the office was contacted they informed me that when they accepted and confirmed the booking it only meant that I could have a taxi if there was one available and in the area. So what's the point in booking. Totally unreliable

Pre booked taxi to gilderdyke white horse inn there and back no show for return trip when rang up office lied and said it had been and gone said another one was on way again lied when rang back told no one had picked the job up so pre booking with firm counts for nothing left two women stuck in the middle ov nowhere operator on phone totally wrong attitude will not this firm again cheers 35 total crap

Drivers are brilliant. Booking staff can lie for England. Booked a car the day before for 5.30 am in order to catch 6 am train. They know I am partially sighted disabled pensioner. At 5.35 the office said he was 5 mins away. At 5.45 he was arguing with me that the car was outside whilst he was diverting a driver from another call. Car finally arrived at 5.50 - driver was lovely and got me to station with 3 mins to spare. Would have missed train if station security hadn't stepped in to help. Disgusting service from morning staff in taxi office. Won't be relying on them again.

Drive taxi is the worst taxi company ever, very unreliable. I get disappointed every single time I use the company. I can't wait for another company to chase them off the market.

I have no complaints with drive taxis always on time to pick me up. Always quick to pick me up.

twice I've use this service and twice left my partner waiting well over 2 hours, an ill Cancer patient waiting in the cold fir cars, when recalled they tell you they sent it and she wasnt there, when she literally never moved for fear of it. absolute joke of a firm, will never use them again

I booked a Taxi on the Drive App for 11.30 pm on Saturday 23rd October. The taxi turned up 30 minutes late taking it after midnight. On our journey back home we were watching the price recording on the dashboard, at our destination it stated £9.00 , so why was I charged £11.40 on my bank statement. Total rip off.
