After using Absolute for many years pre covid and receiving a prompt and reliable service this has significantly changed post covid. Planning to meet our son for birthday dinner last evening we booked a taxi for 6.15pm only for it to arrive at 6.35pm with no explanation or warning. Having had dinner we returned to the East Laith Gate office and ordered a taxi. Whilst waiting a gentleman outside engaged us in conversation and identified himself as “the Sales Manager”. At this point we took the opportunity to share our experiences with him at which he directed us to a gentleman entering the office who identified as “the owner”. We entered the office to share our experiences and were totally dismissed by the gentleman who repeatedly said “make your complaint via the internet” and refused to address the issue. The abject lack of customer care or service demonstrated by “the owner” is clearly reflected in the customer service and reliability of Absolute Taxis in Doncaster

This company is a total disgrace. Made me miss an incredibly important appointment by repeatedly lying about when the car would be here (it never turned up at all) when I called to complain staff were incredibly rude and abusive on the phone. Disgusting awful company.

Waited in shop 10 minutes while the lady chatted on her phone, never acknowledged us at all so we just left.
