Appalling service. We will never use this company again. They never showed up at our allocated time. We contacted them twice during our 50 minute wait and was told he's on his way on both occasions! Finally hailed a passing taxi to take us home. Adams Cars phoned us when we were almost home to say they had arriived. 55 minutes is far too long to expect customers to stand in the cold waiting for a taxi. If they're too busy to pick up they shouldn't take the booking. However, a simple courtesy call apologising that they're going to be late would have sufficed as we could have waited indoors with a drink until they arrived, instead of leaving us out in the cold, ringing them every 15 minutes only to be lied to each time by the telephonist. Not good business practice!!!

Today I book taxi 6:00 am. Taxi not come. I late to airplain!!!
