Absolute top service from booking to picking up and dropping off . Very friendly and helpful office staff and a wonderful driver who kept us well informed on when he would be with us . Polite , punctual would definitely recommend and will most certainly be using again

Do not use this taxi company 5.5 miles cost me and 4 other passengers £24, when we questioned the cost, the driver was very rude and abrupt. We tried to contact the office who also was not interested, looking at other reviews, the reviews also leave a lot to be desired

We used this company as the only 'wheelchair' taxi available in stourbridge for my elderly disabled mother. on 2 occassions they contaced us to cancel on the day of the appointment, which was to tak her to a medical appt. when contacting them to express my disatisfaction the guy on the phone was so rude! he told me they had no drivers, no taxis and to go somewhere else! wow. i couldnt belive how agressive and rude someone could be considering i had done nothing wrong!. i will definately not be using this firm again and will be advising everyone i know to stay clear as they are an awful company for reliability and attitude.
