    Wish I had read these reviews before booking as my complaint is much the same as what I have read. The cab used to the Airport sounded like something that should be written off the road. It was so loud we couldnt have a conversation with each other arrived with a headache.Pre-booked cab for journey back thought all would be smooth, driver could not locate us after hour and half and had to make alternative arrangements home. Office staff were RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL and had no customer service skills at all. Manager was just as rude when I called the next day to complain talking over me and talking with a raised voice and offered no form of apology. This company is shabby, unprofessional and I would never use them again.

    We booked Station Cars for an airport transfer. They confirmed they could use our car seat for the drop off, the seat would stay at their office and when we returned they would bring it to the airport to pick our family up. When they arrived to pick us up there was no car seat. Our driver called the office and the car seat requirement hadn't been put on the job. We were given the option of wait for a couple of hours, or accept the ride. After already travelling for 30hrs we just wanted to be home. They also didn't know if they had our seat so who knows how long we would have been stuck at the airport. When we arrived home I spoke to the office and they were rude, blaming others and even threatened to not return our car seat at all. I realise that it is 'legal' for a small child to travel in a taxi without a car seat, but it's far from safe, especially on the M25 on a bank holiday. Our family used to use them up to twice a week. Never again after this was handled so horribly.

    Theres a man who answer the phone a lot he is very very rude and has not got the best customer service skills acts very childish and speaks to you like rubbish

    Driver demanded money 5 mins into journey, which was backed up by the office when we called to complain and when we refused he left us stranded in the rain on the side of the road with no shelter... in fact he gloated when he told us that this is what he would do and yes we are black. I smell a discrimination case.
