    • We had a few cars booked as we were a wedding party. One of the cars turned up dented all down the side, missing a wing mirror and was very rude to the guests getting into the cab. The cab I got into didn't put his meter on, said the journey was 20 quid but when all the other cars got there they were charged 16 (we all took the exact same route). We then asked if we'd need to pre book for the evening to get back to our hotel and were told not to worry, when the evening came and we called we got no answer. The morning after I was helping the groom pack away the wedding and a cab pulls up saying he wasn't paid, someone in the wedding party didn't pay him but he expects the groom to pay up now when the cab firm told us that everything had to be cash on the day. Honestly, these people are cowboys, use Uber, it's faster, cheaper, more comfortable and more reliable, we ended up getting an Uber home from the venue costing 11 pounds.

    • DO NOT USE!!! They are the worsst taxi service i have ever come across. They might be a little cheaper but that is also the quailty of service you are privided with. Those answering the phone are not helpful when they get it wrong and they are never ever on time. Very unreliable and unhelpful. My score is actually 0 not 1 star.

    • If I could I could leave zero stars. I rung this company 18:00pm and was quoted a fixed prices of £20 from Hertford to Harlow. Later in the evening I went onto their app and booked a cab, 4 times which was at a fixed price in which was cancelled every time! I then called myself to explain that I had been quoted a price numerous times. When I then rung in person to see why my booking was cancelled each time, the woman on the phone was very unhelpful and told me that my cab would be £30 even though I had explained to her that I had been quoted £20 5 times!! She was very unresponsive and unwilling to follow what had been quoted to me online and on the phone. I have screen shots of them quoting me a fixed priced. I wont be calling this company again where they offer one service at a fixed price and charge another! Please future customers be aware of this and make sure you get clarification on your price when booking a cab.
