Fantastic service. Even though we only made two very sort trips, that did not put them off. Arrived both times within a few minutes of calling them.

On 16th February 5.45am, I had to get the very short distance, at silly o'clock in the morning, with luggage, from the Wightlink Car Ferry Terminal, as a foot passenger, to catch a coach and I was stressing out ! I called the day before as I was worried it just wouldn't be worth their while. The lady who arranged my taxi was extremely kind and reassuring. As I walked off the ferry I saw the driver stood outside his car, waving at me and he greeted me by my first name and with a wide smile. He was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. He got me there in plenty of time and wished me a safe journey and a happy visit with my grandson. First class service delivered by extremely nice people. Highly recommended.
