Excellent service .

I used Indy cabs to transport my elderly mother from Kent back to her care home in Essex after a family wedding. I must say that Indy Cabs of Sittingbourne couldn't have been more caring and helpful to our needs. I was fully satisfied with the service we received and would not hesitate in recommending them

Great service when needed an urgent pick up to take to London Gatwick airport.

A professionally run executive service that I have always found trustworthy and would highly reccommend as safe for women travelling alone. Prices are definitely reasonable, vehicle is always clean and comfortable.I have used them for airport journeys to Heathrow, London City & Gatwick as well as from Ebbsfleet, Strood, Rochester, Sittingbourne & Sheerness train stations during difficult rail works or very late evenings. Always the first number I call and prefer to rely on!

They dont turn up on time despite booking weeks in advance. Very bad service, the drivers are nice and friendly but the company is awful. Customer service is atrocious. Never again!!

Me and my girlfriend got verbally abused by a driver. I called to complain the girl who answered couldnt care less and did her best to avoid the company taking any responsibility. I eventually got an email address out of her to complain to. Literally a year and nearly ten more emails later I STILL HAVENT EVEN GOT A REPLY. Scum all of them.

We called but there was miscommunication with the driver and the cab driver drove off, we tried to call to complain however we were met with swearing and th operated rudely hung up.

Absolute rubbish. Wanted to go from my house to the church. My usual firm couldnt do it at the time I wanted. Couldnt make out what they were saying. Wanted a cab at 6.10, got a call at 5.35 asking if I would like them then, I said no and rang back. Said on answering machine thst the cab was 7!minutes away. I went out at about five past and the cab was there. Didnt know where the church was and dropped me off fairlyclose. Card machine wasnt working so I had to pay cash. Good job I had some on me..Do not use.

Would like to thank Driver Rashid Number 11 for a pleasant journey was very friendly felt safe on arriving at destination he wanted to wait to make sure we was safe. Would have asked for him again but friends drove. I have kept number in case we visit Canterbury again. Thank you Rashid No11

Rarely on time and keep going to the wrong address. People taking bookings are useless.

I was tailgated by Toyota Prius LO16 MYG for a few miles on the M25 in poor weather conditions. The driver was less than a car length away at speeds of up to 60mph. Then swore at me as he drive by. Disgusting behaviour.

i accidentally stranded myself in Whitstable with my bike after sitting in the wrong carriage of a train that split. No other taxi companies in Whitstable would drive me home as I had my bike with me, and I was pretty panicked and scared at having stranded myself in unfamiliar surroundings, as a teenage girl, at quarter to midnight, and in the rain, and so it was a huge relief when Shaun turned up. He was so friendly, calmed me down on the journey and I really felt looked after. Cannot thank you all enough for being such heroes.

Terrible...no app info, then a phone call abusing me of being a bad service user, green cabs leaving me totally isolated, and then accused of me of not communicating waited over ten minutes since booking time, no details of driver dispatch or service, don't book a return journey as you can be left stranded, thanks to alternative services in order to get home....... totally upset by telephone call as abuse not needed spoilt a good evening out ...please beware.
