this company is an absolute joke. had taxi booked for 10.30pm and had been waiting at my window since 20 past for them to show up. got to 10.55pm and had to phone up and ask where it was. immediately got shouted and sworn at and told i was a liar and that it had been outside my house since 25 past which it was obviously not. i tried to tell the guy that they must have been sitting at the wrong address then as streets in my estate have similar names but he wouldnt let me get a word in edgeways and hung up on me leaving me with no way to get to where i needed to be. the way they spoke to me was disgusting and their attitude needs to change. never using them again

Brams-Premier Cars really are the worst taxi company I've ever encountered. 100% of the taxis I've booked with them (and it's been A LOT over the years) have been late and I've never had so much as an explanation, let alone an apology. Car booked for 2:10 for an urgent dental appointment at 2:25. By 2:15 no taxi so I called to be met by a barrage of shouting and verbal insults finished off by being told our car was now cancelled and not to use them again if we need a car to be on time. As a small business owner (and a decent human being) myself I would simply never shout at a customer when the problem was quite clearly of our own making...and whether this was the owner or just an employee of the company it speaks volumes about their attitude towards customers. So, I'll take his advice and never use Brams again and I recommend that if punctuality matters to you that you find an alternative taxi company... I can highly recommend Parkside Taxis in Alva as a professional alternative.

Dont use this taxi it's a fcking joke phoned up for a taxi and got told 10/15min phone up half hour later to get told 2/3 min away waited 15 min try to phone back and got patched off them then waiting another 15 min for it to finally show so all together sitting in the freezing cold waiting for this taxi absolutely a joke man!
