Barrelling through a 50mph speed limit on the M9 doing at least 70mph, is not a good look.

the girl on the end of the phone is so quick to get you off the phone that she doesn't even bother to take your name or tell you how long to wait. When taxi didn't turn up no apology and same experience x 2. Rude unhelpful staff who think they can play god and leave a vulnerable female without a taxi. Avoid don't give them your hard earned money.

Worst taxi company in Scotland!! Dont book with them!! Booked the taxi with half an hours notice, from the train station specified the Premier Inn and the postcode, paid for our journey and got to the hotel reception only to discover that the driver took us to the wrong address. When I called up the office to query it I got passed around call handlers and put on hold, then the call handler said shed listened to the call and we hadnt given a postcode? Even though we 100% had! She was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone, did nothing to help us at all. I said we had definitely given the name and correct postcode and would listen to the call myself she snapped “be my guest”. Absolutely disgusting service from Express Taxis. The taxi driver said hed do us a favour and take us anyway as it was only an 8 minute drive we thought it cant be much more, well pay the extra £5/£10. The meter went over £20 and was going up rapidly, we asked the taxi driver and he said this was normal!

RIP off merchants, Saturn Taxis charged £12.60 from Bannockburn to FVRH, roughly 1hour later an Express Taxi charged £19.20 for the return journey, complete rip off.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this service. I ordered a taxi the night before for 6.45 am. As it was essential for me to be on time at work (I am a key worker) I called them again at 6 am to confirm that my order was still on. The operator told me that the taxi would be a little bit late - at 7 am. It was okay with me. At 7 am I got a call from a taxi driver and when I told him my address he just hung up on me. I tried to call any numbers of the service and they all just hung up on me. Obviously, no taxi arrived and I was extremely late for work. So when you use this service bear in mind that they can be that unreliable.

Other than the fare (I think taxi fares are too high generally) myself and the missus were more than happy with the cab journey.

I have used this taxi company for a considerable time, and never before today had any major complaints, however today I have seen a different side to this company. The driver was rude and obnoxious I had to ask him to turn off the radio as I really did not want to listen to a Saudi Arabia debate. My journey is a standard set fare of £14, and I have been issued with a taxicard giving me a £2.00 discount. He refused to give me the discount charging me £15.60. And said you dont get hospital fare with a taxicard. I checked this and as I was charged the £12 on the initial journey it should have been the same. When I phoned the company they were so not interested and said I need to put it in writing. Disgusting customer service. You've let yourself down badly....

Missus on a night out and needed a cab so we used these guys. Pick up bang on time and payload delivered to the hen night in perfect condition!

Used Sky Cabs for years and have always received excellent service. Always on time and by far one of the most reasonably priced taxi firms in the area. Would certainly recommend.

this company is an absolute joke. had taxi booked for 10.30pm and had been waiting at my window since 20 past for them to show up. got to 10.55pm and had to phone up and ask where it was. immediately got shouted and sworn at and told i was a liar and that it had been outside my house since 25 past which it was obviously not. i tried to tell the guy that they must have been sitting at the wrong address then as streets in my estate have similar names but he wouldnt let me get a word in edgeways and hung up on me leaving me with no way to get to where i needed to be. the way they spoke to me was disgusting and their attitude needs to change. never using them again

Brams-Premier Cars really are the worst taxi company I've ever encountered. 100% of the taxis I've booked with them (and it's been A LOT over the years) have been late and I've never had so much as an explanation, let alone an apology. Car booked for 2:10 for an urgent dental appointment at 2:25. By 2:15 no taxi so I called to be met by a barrage of shouting and verbal insults finished off by being told our car was now cancelled and not to use them again if we need a car to be on time. As a small business owner (and a decent human being) myself I would simply never shout at a customer when the problem was quite clearly of our own making...and whether this was the owner or just an employee of the company it speaks volumes about their attitude towards customers. So, I'll take his advice and never use Brams again and I recommend that if punctuality matters to you that you find an alternative taxi company... I can highly recommend Parkside Taxis in Alva as a professional alternative.

Dont use this taxi it's a fcking joke phoned up for a taxi and got told 10/15min phone up half hour later to get told 2/3 min away waited 15 min try to phone back and got patched off them then waiting another 15 min for it to finally show so all together sitting in the freezing cold waiting for this taxi absolutely a joke man!

BOYCOTT!!!! Absolutely shocking service! An hour late for our pick up and while waiting we were phoning the taxi rank only to be hung up on and not given any information on the status of the taxi! We phoned the rank to settle up and pay a reduced amount after complaining and detailing what happened which lead to them not apologising and threatening us with the police. I spoke to the manager that then shouted and swore down the phone at me! Absolutely shocking company and I would NEVER use them again!! I would recommend everyone to BOYCOTT this company until they improve their service and manner in which they speak to people!

Excellent taxi company, it's so hard finding a reliable company who turns up in time, never had a problem with these guys, highly recommend
