Abusive driver with a horrible attitude. I had told him I would have the payment made once I arrived at the destination, as I did not have cash on me. However, he kicked me out in the middle of the motorway as I didnt have any money on me until I had to beg him while I was historically crying as my phone was battery has died and I had no other way of getting home at around 11.30pm last night. He finally agreed to take me and said if I did not pay the full amount he would call the police (which was unnecessary). Once I reached the destination and made the payment I gave him the money, that he overcharged me and then he throw the 70p change in my face like I was rubbish to making me feel horrible. I normally have good experiences with this companies drivers but this ishonestly the worst I've felt from a taxi driver while trying to get home in the middle of the night with no way of contacting anyone to find another option to reach him. You book a taxi well in advance and they still cant turn up on time call it a school run and they will turn up well after the bells gone and have the nerve to try and blame customer that they are busy yeah this is why people “pre book” means ordered before hand so that you are on time if taxi driver charge for waiting so should the customer

Awful driver nearly running me off road as he can't go around roundabout properly and thinks it's ok to skip queues and try and force his way in on the roundabout. I will be making complaint to police with video!!
