Avoid this taxi firm at all costs! I booked a taxi in advance using their app. The booking was confirmed, but did not show! I phoned the company up only to find out that there were no taxis available!! I missed the hospital appointment that I was waiting months for. App will be deleted from my phone. Im back up using Uber! Not professional! Avoid!

The most stressful and awful customer service experience possible - 30 minutes late for an airport pick up to Glasgow Airport. Constant phone calls to base, lost drivers and no serious apology or discount due to inconvenience and stress caused. Do not use Network Private Hire if you need to be on time, anywhere.

Real disappointment and not the first time. I booked my taxi in advance (called at 8am to book for 9am). At 9:10 I called to check how much longer I will be waiting and was told they are still trying to get me a taxi. It arrived at 9:20 which means Im going to be late to an important meeting. They dont have a tracking app so you are left waiting and hoping your taxi will arrive at some point soon but no way to estimate and find an alternative in case its going to be 20 minutes late. From now Uber only!

A truely pathetic company that couldn't care less for it's customers. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable. If you want to get somewhere without any hassle or being ripped off... DON'T USE THESE GUYS!
