A 2 B Taxis Stowmarket

I tried four taxi firms in Needham and Stowmarket and was told that I was unable to book a taxi for 14:10 on a Friday when i was ringing at about 12:30 to book. Going down the list I then tried a2b and was told that it will not be a problem. I often have this getting taxis from Great Blakenham and have no idea why as drivers usually tell me it's been dead that afternoon and i just assume it's down to laziness of the person controlling the calls and drivers however i did not get this experience when dealing with a2b. I will be trying them first from now on as not only did they get to me 5 minutes early without hassling me, but it was also the cheapest I have had the fare doing the same journey. I don't often write reviews but as i have come to expect bad customer service from my area when it comes to taxi firms, I was shocked when this one ticked all the boxes for what i needed.
