    • Wouldn't recommend personally. Booked a taxi on Saturday 2nd Sep 17 2 hours before I needed it. 10 minutes passed from our due pickup time so rang to see where it was. The male operator was rude and said how he didn't control the taxis and would get here when it gets here... what's the point in pre booking if it still doesn't arrive. Taxi eventually turned up 40 minutes after it was booked for! Operator was poor in handling this and very bad customer service. As I say personally I wouldn't recommend and would highly recommend you chasing the car up before it's too late for you as well if you do book.

    • Having booked a taxi well in advance to go to and from a Christmas do the taxi arrived late . we had checked with the control who said they were a taxi firm and would get there when they could and suggested that we cancelled the return trip and get someone else to pick us up . I declined the offer but they were 20 minutes late picking us up . I would .like to recomend a local company but will be looking for a. More reliable company in The future

    • Unreliable taxi service. Having booked well in advance, we were left waiting at Heathrow after travelling for 20+ hours. It took a call to the company, then another wait, before a car turned up. The driver was very apologetic (it was not his fault) but there was not a word of apology from the company.
