    Just wanted to say thank you for an excellent taxi service last evening. Driver arrived ahead of time and notified us of his arrival. Very nice driver and efficiency much appreciated. Thank you. Will be recommending.

    Having booked a taxi well in advance to go to and from a Christmas do the taxi arrived late . we had checked with the control who said they were a taxi firm and would get there when they could and suggested that we cancelled the return trip and get someone else to pick us up . I declined the offer but they were 20 minutes late picking us up . I would .like to recomend a local company but will be looking for a. More reliable company in The future

    Unreliable taxi service. Having booked well in advance, we were left waiting at Heathrow after travelling for 20+ hours. It took a call to the company, then another wait, before a car turned up. The driver was very apologetic (it was not his fault) but there was not a word of apology from the company.
