Rude and disrespectful

Dangerous and aggressive driver who answers the phone with passengers in vehicle.

Phoned at 6pm Monday and booked taxi for 7.30 am Tuesday. Got confirmation text. 7.10 am Tuesday they call and cancel. Too late for me to make other arrangements. Quite rude too - no explanation and acted as though I should be grateful theyd bothered to let me know.

Friendly service.

They were friendly and took all the travellers details to ensure his flights are met.

They were able to fit in a last minute airport transfer.

Good price offered.

I've been using Surrey Cars of Guildford for best part of 4 years. These guys are by far the best Taxi Service in this area from my experience. They have an excellent fleet of executive cars which are very reasonably priced. I use their app to book my car and receive a text with vehicle/driver details when the car is outside. Being a frequent traveler to the airports (twice a week) I'm able to book my car in seconds using their smartphone app. Highly recommended, if your looking for a reliable Guildford/Godalming area taxis.

Absolutely shocking - ordered a 6 seater to go to and from my daughters wedding. They phoned in the morning to say the 6 seater broke down and they eventually agreed to send 2 taxis costing me £25 more and one was 1/2 hour after the other making me late for my daughters wedding. They eventually agreed to send 2 taxis to pick us up after the wedding but they never turned up! Standing waiting in the cold I phoned them and they didnt want to know saying they had no taxis and we would have to wait for one for another 2 hours in the cold. Their attitude was one of couldnt care less. Luckily for us another taxi company was collecting other wedding guests and we managed to get them to come back for us. Such terrible couldnt care attitude and customer service - dont take the risk booking with this company.

AVOID! All of the fake 5* reviews are clearly (poorly) written by staff. All of the genuine 1* reviews are written by actual customers. Incompetent booking service, sent the taxi to the wrong address and even that was late. Missed my train. Shambolic.

Ordered taxi for hospital appointment but it didnt turn up. When I called dispatch the girl LIED and told me that theyd had a couple of breakdowns. When the driver finally arrived he told me hed been sitting in a car park for the last 40 minutes. I then called dispatch to complain and they simply didnt care. Pathetic company that simply dont care about the customers as long as they get their cut from the drivers. Any good reviewers are either very lucky or work for the company

Speedwell Taxis is a very professional taxi firm in Godalming area. The cars are always on time and the fare is very competitive. I'm happy doing business with them.
