DO NOT USE - Called to book a taxi with Steve for 6am for an airport run. He was a no show and no communication to say they were late or not coming. Called multiple times with no answer. Left us with no other option than to rely on family members. Do not use.

Appalling service! We were totally let down on our daughter's wedding day in August. In May, we booked Steve of First Choice Cars to take the bride's mother, sister, 4 bridesmaids and photographer from the bride's home to the church, arriving at the house at 12.30pm for a 1pm service. We had confirmation on price and time of arrival from Steve Titus. On the wedding day, no taxi arrived. At 12.35pm the bride's mother rang Steve's landline and mobile numbers and left voicemail messages as no-one answered. The bride & her father were in the wedding car ready to go but, with no transport for the rest of the party, we had to resort to a small VW Polo which did two trips to and from the church to take us all there. Having had no response to our voicemails, we then emailed Steve of First Choice two days after the wedding to ask what the reason for his non-appearance was. We received no reply and no apology. This is absolutely APPALLING service - do not use them.

We booked a pick up two weeks in advance and were assured a cab would arrive. It didnt !! Couldnt get anyone on the phone or another cab so we had to cancel our night out.
