Overcharged me for a 4.5 mile journey by 6 pound more than anyone else I wasnt allowed to leave the taxi till it was paid had to borrow money to pay the driver and the controller was rude

Booked taxi to get me to railway station on way to Manchester Airport. Taxi turned up, rang landline once then left before I had chance to drag 2 heavy suitcases down 5 flights of stairs. I had to ring for another taxi, missed the train I'd booked a seat on, had to pay for a seat on the next train and only made my flight because it was delayed. Were very rude & insulting when I rang to complain. Do not use this company if you're single & female.
