Left our daughter stranded in the middle of the night when her card was retained by a faulty cash machine. When I called independently to try to find a solution to bring her home safely they were completely uninterested in helping.

Worst taxi company Ive had to deal with, arranged a taxi earlier in the day and didnt get a phone call when they arrived. Then went out to talk to the guy to check if it was our taxi and he told me he was taking a different job exactly 5 Mins after the the time we ordered it for. Rude taxi driver and still sat waiting for a taxi we ordered 45 Mins after of its original order time. Wouldnt bother getting a taxi unless you want to be left stranded

I would not use this taxi company - the handler was incredibly rude and aggressive - unfortunately, this taxi company appear to have the monopoly over the Wirral - despite this, I would not use them

Only 1 star as no half star!! Ordered taxi to home address, got message with reg number..taxi picked up from further down the road, and when queried with the office was told would be a further 20 minute wait for their mistake!! Will never call them again!! Ps get some friendlier sounding staff instead of the one who sounds like youve just woke him up!!!

I asked for a taxi. They told me they had nothing close to me on the Wirral. Closest they had was liverpool. What is the point of being called wirral taxis? If you don't have taxis on the Wirral? Awful service.
