Booked a taxi for 12:30am and was told price between £5 to £7 but needed a taxi. Received a text to say it was on its way at 12:40am. Had a missed call so rang company and got an automated message to say that taxi arrived, no sign. Called company who kept saying where the taxi was until he finally turned onto the street where I was being picked up from. Finally arrived at 1:00am 30 minutes late, no apology! Kept an eye on the meter and was £4.10 on drop off but when queried price of £5 then went on to show a reading of £5. Absolute rip off as usual taxi firm charge £4! Half an hour late, poor excuse of busy and should have been kept updated. Will never use again.

I had City for an airport run. I have to say that they were punctual and the driver was very good and the price competitive.

Disgusting company will never use again was left with my 9year old as taxi did not turn up. Called after waiting 15mins was told car had been dispatched. Called again after a further 20mins was told we would have to Waite at least another 30mins as drivers had broke off shift for Ramadan!!!!!! Why take bookings why lie and say it had been dispatched.

City Taxis may be ok for Sheffield but the driver didn't have a clue where he was going in Barnsley, couldn't speak very good English and charged me a price as if we had come from Sheffield. Rubbish.
