Just arrived home after a 9 hour drive from Scotland to Hereford after me and my partners campervan broke down in Glencoe,,, Thomas drew the lucky straw and picked us up for the monster of a drive,,, He was amazing and also took time to show us some lovely spots for when we return back to Scotland,,, Professional and friendly just what you need on a long drive home,,, thank u Thomas we will definitely be up that way soon again and also a special thank u to Mario for providing the treats to keep us going ,,, excellent company and a well deserved 5 stars from Caroline and Katie

Thomas, the owner of Tower Taxi, was very helpful in 2022 when my husband and I were vacationing in Scotland. Another taxi company, Lorne Taxi, was totally unresponsive so we reached out to Thomas. His service was exceptionally good so we hired him to take us to Edinburgh Airport. Along the way, he made a couple of detours to show us some historical sites but he did not charge us for the extra time. This year, he picked us up at the Glasgow Airport and drove us to Oban. We also used his company for other trips during our 18 night stay. They were always on time and provided friendly service. His sister, Maureen, owns Benderloch Taxi in Benderloch where we stayed for a week. She also bent over backwards to make our carless stay at a house rental much, much easier. This family really cares about their customers.

While my wife and I were on vacation in Scotland recently we had a flat tire in Oban around 4:45 pm on Holy Saturday. Because our rental car did not come with a spare tire nor a jack, we called the Europcar 24-hour emergency number only to be told that they would not be able to send someone to repair our tire until the Monday after Easter. Upon hearing this we then started calling all of the tire repair shops in Oban only to be informed that we needed to wait until Monday morning to get our tire repaired in that every shop was closing at 5:00 pm. When Thomas from Tower Taxis asked if he could be of assistance, he personally drove to Halfords tire store in Oban and spoke to the manager who dispatched one of their technicians in Thomas vehicle to retrieve our flat tire. Thomas then drove the technician back to his shop to repair the tire, and then back to our vehicle to remount it without even charging us for his time. Kudos to Thomas and Tower Taxis for taking care of people in need
