Day in London for the Platinum Jubilee Concert, don't really know the area stayed at an hotel as close as possible to Buckingham Palace. No Uber available called this company who you would think knows something about the area ofondon. Unfortunately this was not the case the controller was useless I had to repeat myself so many times stating where we wish to go, he struggled but time was running out and need to get to our destination. The Driver called 10mins before to remind us of the time he was going and then again at 5 minutes soooo bad. Called for a return back to the hotel again lack of understanding spent another 10 mint trying to explain where we were he turns round to say no taxi. VERY POOR SERVICE and I don't think that any lessons will-10 and wouldn't recommend them to anyone

I booked Bluebird Car for a 11.30 am trip from Bayswater to London E16 and agreed a fare of £57 for 2 passengers, 2 large, 2 medium and 2 small luggages.At around 11 am Bluebird called to say that I will need to book a larger car for my 6 luggages and it will now cost me £70. I refused and later another Bluebird staff called to explain that the increased fare was due to fewer drivers turned up for work due to the Muslim holiday. I then booked Uber for the same journey for £37. If you want to use Bluebird, think again
