Booked 8 seater for transfer to Bristol airport, vehicle not big enough for 8 people plus luggage. Turned up with only 1 child car seat instead of 2. Return journey worse, smaller vehicle so one of us had full suitcase on their lap the whole journey, my son couldnt move his legs as another suitcase had to be wedged in front of him. Driver did not know where to pick us up, said he didnt know how to get to the pick up/ drop off point so we had to chase him around the car park at 2am with 2 very tired children. Response from Rose was insulting to say the least, no apology & obviously out to make a fast buck! Do not use this company please.

We booked a 6 seater taxi into Plymouth, which was confirmed by email. It didn't turn up and we were forced to drive in. When contacted, Tracie apologised but then failed to turn up for the return! Totally unreliable.

Lying controller who then became rude and defiant. Very sad with the service. An apology or a phone call to explain the delay would have sufficed but to make me feel like the awkward customer was harsh. The concocted story to explain why the taxi had gone to the wrong address was unbelievable then to blame me for being rude myself. So sad!

Late by 15 minutes on pick up didnt turn up for drop off to home so 75 minutes walk to home after sunset. Do not use not reliable.

Please dont use them he charged us £73 to go from challabourgh to Plymouth took 74 mins on a 40 min journey all other cabs say it was a 38£ ride.

Last night about 8 people had booked a taxi from the London-Plymouth train. As the train was 20 min delayed (arrival time 00:50 am) we had all phoned the taxi company to warn them. Not a problem, they said. We came in 25 min late instead at 00:55. All but two taxis just left instead of waiting for 5 min for a train they knew had not arrived yet. The lady next to me saw her taxi drive away when she walked out of the station door. We all rebooked our taxis. The lady and I had decided to share her Taxi First taxi as mine was showing as booked but no driver was assigned. We could see hers was on the way. The driver refused to take me. He left me stranded. It was now 1:10 in the morning. I phoned Taxi First back and they told me they had no drivers. Thankfully, an unbooked taxi turned up who took me home. I arrived home at 1:30 in the morning instead of 1 am with First Taxi. I will NEVER use them again. Don't recommend them to women who need to get home at night!

My 18 year daughter pre booked a taxi to dring her home from a night out. When she got in the taxi. The taxi man made her pay before going anywhere. He was really quite rude. And threatened her that if she dosnt pay in full before bring her home. After taking her money. He then refused to take her all the way home. Because the roads were to icy. So he made her get out the car from only dropping her not even half way home. She was left at the side of the road at 6am on her own to walk. And she had already paid in full at the beginning of the journey. This is disgusting,

Cancelled pre-booked journey without warning Don't use them ever.

Pre booked night before. Upon calling they couldnt see booking, hadnt allocated a vehicle and couldnt provide a vehicle in time for booked train. Due to waiting to call to give them allowance for traffic it was then too late to get another taxi in time. Missed train despite pre booking a long time in advance and to the train station. Do not use. Try Tower instead.

Do not use will let you down booked day before 45 mins later after numerous calls total waste of time

Helped me out after a poor service with Taxi first. Was late but aware of train time and reassured I wouldnt miss train. Arrived 15 minutes before train. Friendly driver.

Taxi on sat night 15 mins late when I casually said to driver that he must be busy he proceeded to lecture me on how it's the public's fault , that they lie when they book they dont tell the truth when asked for destination and some customers ask to go different plzces on rout to destination , he was very rude had no people skills and should never be a driver also said hes been run ragged navy blue car think it was a jag he really needs some training on how to deal with the customers that pay his wages

Booked a cab with 24 hours notice. Only to come home & find a card left saying that they were unable to "do your booking" two hours before the time booked to go to a wedding. Avoid these as you clearly cannot rely on them. One star for telling us rather than not turning up!!

Awful service. All automated so you cant speak to a real person even when it all goes wrong. I booked a cab hours in advance but when it hadnt arrived 15 minutes after it was due the automated service told me it was looking for a driver. Eventually it arrived 33 minutes late. No apology from the driver just moaning about the lack of drivers following covid and brexit

Requested a dog friendly cab and operator advised no problem asked again to confirm and was told yes dog friendly. When the driver arrived he said we should have told them we had a dog when we booked as he wasnt expecting us to have a dog. Luckily he had an estate car and he let us put him in the back.. otherwise we would not have been able to use the cab. We will not be using need a cab in the future.

Seem to cancel every time I have booked one even as an account holder - very poor service.

Not happy tried to pre book a taxi for just after midnight was told to phone back at midnight - phoned back as told only to be told next one not available for an hour!!! Thanks for nothing.

Terrible service. Very rude woman on the phone. I needed to book a wheelchair access taxi to take my sick Dad from Derriford Hospital home to see my terminally ill Mum and the woman told me she couldnt sort a taxi unless I gave her dimensions of the wheelchair - I said it was just a standard sized push wheelchair but that wasnt good enough she snarled sourly etc etc. Not a nice experience. No such info needed from other taxi companies.

Worst mannered cab driver. Aggressive with other drivers on the road. Felt he may have a heart attack behind the wheel.
