Taxis in KA11

Came across one of the cars for this taxi company in Tesco car park. It was pouring with rain and they had parked in a disabled bay. No blue badge. It was busy and there was no other disabled spaces. My brother who Is disabled and holds a blue badge had to struggle to walk further because of this selfish driver, what an absolute disgrace. I will never use this company.

We use Evans Taxi a few times a fortnight getting to and from work. A pleasant reliable service. Thanks for saving me from being late again

Used to like this taxi firm till recently, 1 minute the dog was allowed in the phoned plus i stated that the dog was here and I got Alastair who only moaned was incredibly rude, cheeky in the taxi muttering under his breath when I got out the taxi, 0 customer service safe to say he didn't get a tip then now they won't answer the phone or they pick up like today and hang up

Shocking experience!! The woman on the phone was incredibly rude. She told us our taxi would be there “about 12”. At 12.03pm I phoned and she said it had been there and had left. No phone call. No text. When I phoned to enquire she was so rude and hung up on me. Will never use this service again!!

I am a young colour man soon as I jumped in the taxi the driver told me to jump back out as he said we don't take people of your kind or colour In this cab .100 percent And on the phone called me a monkey

Used this company and got so much abuse and hung up on because I was 5 minutes late due to work. They spoke down to me as if I was a 3 year old and made me feel very uncomfortable to the point where I wanted to get out of the taxi when I got into it. I Wont be using there services they have ruined my day and belittled me !
