They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

I've used this cab firm for local rides, as well as an airport pick up. They are very reliable efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Arranged can to a Funeral. Cab or should I say MPV which was fifthly hair and mud all over the seats. My husband arrived for his fathers funeral needing a brush down. Disgusted

I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

Even a 1 star is generous the bloke who picked us up was so rude and even took the longest route home to get the most most even when we told him to keep going he made a point of going completely off route just to make it more expensive, we ended up getting out and walking the rest of the way home cause he was trying to charge more than double what we usually pay, they try to take advantage of drunk people thinking they wont notice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Use before was great recently ask for cab to hospital not worth more then one star & stopped using cab service, I'm going to use public transport from now on regular.

A bunch of useless idiots book a cad a week a go for New Year's Eve never turned up and was told on the phone I didn't call back to confirm I wanted it still!!! So y did I bother booking it if I've got to call on the night to confirm I still want to be picked up!!!

Very bad experience!!!! We book taxi take to Gatwick airport and pick up from airport. Come with family to Gatwick airport after holiday and.... no taxi!!!! 00.10 night, long fly, child tired .... that is ridiculous!!! People dont use that company!!! Safe time and your money!!!
