Extremely happy with the level of service. Right from the booking till the drop location everything went perfectly. They guided me about the routes and locations at the time of booking and during the drive as well. Everyone was so nice and polite and I never felt like I am new to London

For a local company to have excellent and impressive system and to match equally good service something not seen, I used KAC few times in the past but lately the technology was very informative. Confirmation text, dispatch text with taxi tracking link, arrival text, automated email receipt, Very Nice recommended

I just got to make this point; that No doubt I have been disappointed by the service on rare occasions but this is far out weighted by the the excellent level of service & satisfaction i've experienced MOST of the time. I also have to acknowledge that one Rude member of your staff does NOT represent the entire company; where So many others strive hard to serve us well and do care about the place where they earn their livelihood. It is a shame that this 1 bad member of your team can Jeopardize so much of the GOOD work of all the rest; and Spoil the Reputation that's been built over so many years? Please Do take tough Action & get rid of him or her Now KAC. You cannot be complacent; CUSTOMERS are the PRIORITY!
