DO NOT GET A TAXI FROM THIS COMPANY. One of their drivers were just driving erratically in a 20 zone in icy conditions and had to be doing at least 50mph. This idiot could have knocked a child down and it would have been fatal. He shouldnt be allowed on the roads.

My opinion is that Blueline taxi service is the best in Glenrothes! Always on time, great drivers,fast answers on queries. Excellent service! People who are writing bad reviews about this service are unhappy in life.

Taxi that had been prebooked for New Years Day did not turn up, and then when trying to phone the company they had directed all calls to a mobile answer service.

Booked them for 2 occasions this weekend both times they didn't turn up,when I phoned on Saturday night I was told they cancelled taxi as couldn't get in touch with me,I couldn't get a signal where I was was the reason plus when I tried to phone back there was no answer,they did send a taxi once I phoned to see where they were no apology was given,the driver the sent was the scariest driver almost crashing twice through speeding,think he got his license from a lucky bag,Sunday they didn't turn up either they said they didn't know about booking yet they tried phoning about my Saturday booking and both bookings were made on Friday,no apology received from them

APPALLING Jocks Cabs left six of us STRANDED Sat 12.08.17 outside Otters Head, Glenrothes. Driver IAN was supposed to pick us up and had the audacity to LIE and say no-one was there to pick up. Six of us were standing outside the closed pub before we made the booking. We were told 15 minutes. Half an hour later when we phoned to ask if taxi was en route we were told IAN had been and gone! Were we invisible? How do you miss SIX people?! By LYING of course!! They refused to send another taxi and hung up the phone leaving us facing a very long walk home. SCUM TAXIS BEWARE booking this firm They DONT TURN UP!!
