I've been using this company for the last 2 years every day, commuting to the train station and back. This morning I've ordered a taxi as per usual. I waited for the call back that I always get. After some time I checked if the taxi was outside. When I saw a waiting taxi, I jumped in to it. The driver said I've been waiting for you 5 minutes. I explained that I always get a call back and was expecting the same today. He told me to get out of his car and to order another taxi. Very rude and unprofessional.
