    • There are a couple of big taxi firms in the town and I would still use these guys every time. They are always on time and the drivers are nice and chatty. Nice modern, clean cars, everything you need from a taxi company.

    • I use B-Line Taxis all the time as I have a running contract with them, they are a really good service and I get on really well with all the drivers, I would definitely recommend them

    • B-line Taxis are a very good company, I've used them quite a few times, they are always on time if not a bit early, the drivers are lovely people and the vehicles are always clean and tidy, I unknowingly dropped all my bank cards in the back of one of the taxis one day, the office rang to tell me and then without any fuss the lovely driver dropped them back to me on his way home, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, fantastic service.

    • Unreliable, argumentative and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Had prebooked a taxi following a wedding. It never appeared and when called, argued it had been their for half an hour. It turned out they'd stopped at a venue half a mile up the road, kept telling me they were at the marquee (there was none at our wedding) and had already picked guests up there (they probably had but not us, not from our venue). Were unwilling to send a taxi back to the correct postcode which was given from the start and left us stranded at 1 am. Options are slim in the area but try to avoid this lot if at all possible.

    • After consulting the cottages recommended list we tried to book a taxi on the Friday night, but was bluntly told no. This was at 4:30 pm. Tried again on Saturday, and the phone kept ringing through to voicemail. Luckily, there is more than enough taxis around for this company to be forgotten about.

    • we use this taxi service all the time and we find this firm fantastic, they always turn up on time, very reliable, they go the extra mile, and i know my daughter is always safe with them, they all work extremely hard. i can honestly say that i know brian is no bully and i have a feeling this is to do with one of the ex-employees. i will continue using this firm because i know they do there best to please everyone and come on they are only human as well.
