Very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone. Taxi came at 1.40 am to drop off a relative at the bus station. The man who takes bookings at the office during the day had assured me that my relative could wait in the taxi till his bus arrived at 2.10 am. Additional charges for waiting are £1 for every five minutes of waiting. When the taxi arrived, the driver said he had not been given any such instructions and that he had another job to rush to. My relative was left waiting in the cold and relatively unsafe city centre for 20 minutes till his bus arrived.

Very poor. Despite pre-booking cab left waiting at airport for 1.5 hours. Took numerous calls to chase up before one despatched. Very unhappy about service. Had no response to telephone complaint.
