Top service on time always! Recommended!

Usually do arrive on time, top service!

I have used route cars multiple times when my usual taxi service isn't available, they are always at least 20 minutes late, literally everytime. I don't remember ever having a route taxi on time. I could book for 2 days in advance and they will still be late. Wouldn't recommend unless you book 20 minutes earlier than you actually want it for. Whenever I ring to ask where my taxi is, its always the same response "stuck in traffic" or "5 minutes away".

Booked a cab 14 hours in advance, needed it to pick me up at 8:10 for an appointment that was booked for 8:30 I called at 08:15 to be told it was running late, asked how late and he said 10mins, to then not get a text message until 08:27 saying it was 3mins away and that the cost would be £8 had already rang Beaumont taxis in meantime and they had arrived and the cost to where I was going was £4.50 with Beaumont taxis so not only is birstall unreliable and a whole 20 minutes late, the fare was almost double the price for the same route. This is not the first time they have been really late, had an occasion where they told me they would be half hour and instead was hour and half late. Was on a night out so luckily wasnt urgent to get home. Seems they dont like to do short distanced pick ups and drops off. Would avoid this company at all cost. Their cabs stink anyway.

I didnt get the name of my driver this morning taking me to the train station but what a nice guy! Really friendly ! This company is so easy, reliable and always friendly , thank you!! Highly recommend ! A nice start to the day !

TERRIBLE! we rang to see where the taxi was, first they said he is stuck at the NEC in traffic he will be about 5minutes. After 20minutes we rang again this time they told us that he is there, however he hasn't got the birstal cabs plates on. The taxi driver then said that he had been round once and waited but we weren't here. So not only 2 different stories but the taxi driver apparently knows what we look like. When the taxi finally turned up the driver was rude and argumentative, no apology just fun of excuses! No wonder this taxi service is so cheap it is because the service is appalling!

We had Thahir today for our trip to a very important appointment that we were clearly very stressed about and anxious over the results he was lovely very friendly and understand and made us feel comfortable and reassured without being nosey or making us feel awkward he even waited for us while we were there (which was over 2 hours) and took us home. Absolutely amazed at the service offered by this firm. We were very interested in learning more about how this company works and what it is all about and were told several times it is there for the community before anything else and I can really vouch for that after the service we have received

Booked with this company from Leicester to Leeds festival 100% will book again, they even got us a weekend park pass just so we could drive all the way there and helped us unload and waited for us to get to security. could not recommend any more that I am now

Very Friendly staff and helpful in all situations. We booked with them for our holiday and went from Stratford International to Heathrow at 4am their driver was very helpful and knowledgable of the best and quickest way to get there and also cheeky little tricks to get through security quickly and beat the Que! faultless service and will definitely be booking again. Was shocked how cheap their prices were had to check several times we had not been under charged especially as we are always left confused at how expensive taxis are!

I couldn't fault the service today. The driver was very polite and helpful. It was a very smooth ride to the hospital which I appreciated with a poorly patient. Once our appointment was finished and I phoned the office to return home, the driver arrived chirpy within 15 minutes. Again, he was polite and helpful throughout.

what a waste of space these people are. my wife phoned for a taxi at 6.15 am to arrive for pick up at 6.45am. she received a conformation text to say it was booked. at 6.50 the taxi had not arrived so we called back to be told no booking had mean made.they must be the most unreliable taxi company ive ever come accross. extremely disappointed.would not reccomend to anyone in the future.

As a member of a catholic school they did not come across as very catholic.

rubbish service rip off prices and rude staff ive stopped using them and now use the other taxi office on the corner of station street and london road ist much better cheaper and quicker

Wow great taxi company. If carling done taxi firms. Have helped me get my 18yr old son home late tonight. Other taxi firms said no but these guys understood that it is freezing temperatures out side and he needed to get home. Saved him a 3 hour walk in below freezing conditions. Also saved his mum a whole lot of worry. Thank you so much. They were also cheaper then other taxis were asking. 10/10 lads.

Catched taxi on front of the bus station after holiday. Been charged £19.00 when rang on phone and asked line operator what would be a charge for my route , she said £10. When complained why I ve been overcharged laidy very angry responded that I should call not pick taxi from the street. Did not bother her that driver over company name scamming people.

Booked taxi to take husband home after admission to hospital. Didn't turn up at time agreed. Text to say would be another 15 mins . Still didn't turn up. Rang again - now 40 mins late - no cars back from oher trips yet and no idea how long they would be! Cancelled booking. Beware of using this company!

never in my life have i had such a bad experience with any company as i have had with these thieves. want to be overcharged? want to give them a £20 and expect change of a £10? they will do BOTH at the same time. They will also leave you to walk some of the way home. It dont matter if you are clearly disabled or elderly either. If they see you struggling with your bags in the rain on a dark night in 1c temp,and falling over cuz its clear u need a walking aid. They will simply DRIVE OFF after being told this isnt where I live. So if you are a vulnerable old lady. and dont mind dying in the street.. book these drivers. If you want a safe and reliable journey home. AVOID THESE AT ALL COST

Swift Fox Cabs are hands-down the worst taxi company Ive ever used. I rang to book two taxis for ASAP. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive, always talking in an exasperated tone and speaking to me as if I were stupid. She said the taxis would be 20 minutes. 35 minutes after I rang, the taxis still werent there so I rang back and spoke to a much nicer lady who explained that the taxis had been put down on the system to arrive at 2:30pm (I first rang at 1pm and asked for them ASAP). She brought the booking forward and said that they should be there within five to 10 minutes. 20 minutes after I rang for the second time, they still werent there so I rang for the third time. The first lady I spoke to answered again and said (without an apology for the delay) that one of the taxis was about five minute away and the other one could be up to 15 minutes. I cancelled the taxis and ordered Ubers instead, which arrived within five minutes. I will never use this firm again

My booking 13/09/17 for 18:30. Arrived 19:00. My booking 14/09/17 for 08:30. Arrived 08:45.

Booked a taxi for 0845, to catch a coach at 09:15 from St Margarets. 08:50 no taxi Rang the office told, he's on his way. Still no taxi. Then received a call from the driver, he told me that he was at the Royal infirmary. Rang the office again told me that another cab was on his way. Luckily my neighbour took us, we just caught the coach, unnessary stress Very poor service so beware of Beaumont

Absolutely despicable experience when booking with them for a return flight transfer from airport to home. Firstly the taxi arrived late, almost 45-1hr and given this the driver started loading the cases into the boot in such a haste that this caused severe damage to my case which means it is no longer functional. Having explained this to the driver he was absolutely defensive and in denial that the damage was done based on his negligence. In fact, he had the audacity to accuse me saying I had already caused the damaged and was putting this on him. It was past midnight going into early hours of the morning. As this point, all I want is to be warm and back at my own home - not standing outside the taxi arguing about this. Likewise, if this damage wasnt done by the taxi driver I would not be making such a big deal because it is not worth the time, energy, effort and even money. It is ridiculous that Beaumont taxis themselves have been absolutely awful in managing this complaint

Have just been dropped off by Abdi, Driver 31, was such a friendly bloke, Ive had many journeys where the drivers are on their phones talking away and are not interested in having a conversation so I appreciate the customer service from him. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Jack

Worst taxi firm over ever dealt with. Second day running and it's late again. I booked the taxi ten mins earlier than I needed and I'm still going to be late for work. Absolute joke. Cannot be relied on.
