What a bunch. The car arrived 15 minutes late despite 3 calls to chase up. I asked for pick up half an hour before the train at Brookwood (it's a 10 minute journey at most). We missed our train. Driver and phone operator were downright rude. Driver had to call for directions 10 minutes after he was due to pick us up. Charged us £10 - despite poor service and missing our train (quoted £6) because we had a small dog. Didn't help with luggage. This is the second and last time we will be using these people.
