This taxi firm takes advantage of vunrable elderly people thats just left hospital after heart problems. Driver made out he didnt know where he was going and strung out the ride as they wasnt busy. Ipswich hospital to Felixstowe beach holiday park he was going to be charged £55! I called and asked how much the same journey was and was told £22! This taxi firm are low lifes!

Absolutely disgusting company, driver driving down the road speeding nearly crashed into my car then threatens to cut my face open , and mess me up ??. What a complete joke of a company - have reported the driver to the police!. Stay away from these clowns.

One of their drivers nearly caused an accident through not using their indicator properly making me believe they were going to turn into a road. All on dash cam. The office, not interested in the quality or lack of, of their drivers!

"Be right there" means a woman on her own at 1AM can wait for 45 + minutes and no further information apparently. "She was a 'no show' " they said to the actual woman standing in the cold exactly where she was supposed to be. Minus all the stars. F- - - etc.

I have been let down on a number of occasions by Hawk Express. The take bookings on and then either dont show up or are extremely late, some times almost 30mins late. I have since used Cab Smart,much better company.

What is the point of pre ordering a taxi only to be told after its a half an hour late that I have to wait until one is free in my area. Spoke to a lady in the office later that evening who said that's the way it works and I should have advised them I had a table booked, the fact I was going to a restaurant wasn't a clue? I have used Hawk for years but after tonight no more. Very disappointed.

Out cycling on our bikes with my family. A Hawk Express cap overtook me and proceeded to cut in front of me and proceed to turn left into my six year old son. The driver must have been drunk or on drugs ! I would not get into a Hawk Express cab if you value your life.

HAWK DISTRESS I know people dont come on these websites to express satisfaction. I would say however, that in the few years I have been using Hawk, the service has been very good: reliable, clean taxis, helpful staff and drivers. So, with what follows, I am disappointed and was seeking re-assurance that this was unusual and should not happen again. I pre-booked a taxi, got the call that it was outside, went straight there it was not, gave it a few minutes, then phoned to check told 2 minutes away. It didnt turn up. I missed my connection, missed the event and am left out of pocket. I phoned to enquire what had happened. A very helpful man apologised and took the details for a complaint: I was assured the management would be back in touch. A week later, no response. I went on their website which is full of great stuff about customer service. I used their contact us facility to follow up, which promised to respond in two days - nothing after two weeks.

Most of the drivers are friendly but some of them are grumpy and rude! They act like they are doing you a favor for free! Happened to me last time I used the service, I was struggling with my shopping and a pram and two kids and the driver was standing there and didn't help me even take my things out of boot car!

Good service. Almost all of the drivers are friendly and helpful. But prices of the same journey can vary and their office doormen are rude and confrontational as are some drivers.

wish the owner would stick with people whom actaully smile, nothing worse than a driver whom is grumpy..this seem to happen more and more as they employ to many people whom cannot speak uk
