Globe Taxis

Worst taxi firm. I usually pick my son up but I had an emergency so phoned globe to pick him up. They refused to let him in as I was paying for it at this end so they have left my child in the pitch black, would not even give him another taxi number and told him that no taxi would pick him up without the money up front. I phoned the office and a very patronising woman who insisted on calling me darling answered and told me as a responsible parent I should have made sure he had money then tried to tell me the police have advised them to do this. Well I'm not sure what their usual customer is like but my husband is a police man and he doesn't believe they would have been told this. Do not use this company the least they could of done was give him another cab number then the woman on the phone how dare she question my parenting skills. Emergencies happen that's why they are called emergencies darlinnnnnnng!!! Thankyou cosy cabs come to the rescue!!!
