1on 12.01.13 at 7:52 i made a booking for 8:40(i had a train at 9:00) from sidbury house,collage strret to train station with ur company(no problems there,details has been given) 2at 8:39(on that time i was waiting in front of my house) i called 01905700777 just to make sure that everything ok with my taxi as i was going to very important job interview to Cheltenham over the phone i was assured that all is ok and taxi will be with me shortly. 2at 8:45 i called once again,and over the phone i was assured that everything is ok and a driver is just round the corner ...ok but stressed 38:50 once again i called but this time my phone call wasn't answered,for next 10 minutes i tried call several times but my phone calls was ignored(not answered) so i went upstairs and use my girlfriend phone.....my phone call was answered immediately.on that stage i explain to a person that i was talking with,that i missed my train and that next one is to late and i will not be able to make it and i think that he is responsible for that an i asked him how we can solve that situation, i propose that he can take me there but since im in that situation because of him i will not pay a full price then he start saying that taxi was waiting for me and its my fault(witch was not true between 8:369:00 i was downstairs waiting in front of the house) then person that i was talking with started to be very aggressive and just hung up on me ......... 4eventually i booked another taxi witch arrived 9:25 i paid for that taxi 50
