    Used their app on Friday to book a cab for Sat morning 5:45. Booking confirmed, never showed up. App no help, tried calling, no answer. What is it with taxi firms in Leeds. Is there so much business for them that they can treat people so appallingly. Amber did the same thing the previous weekend.

    An absolute joke. We pre-booked and paid for a 5am trip. 5.05, nothing. Called and it was a couple of minutes away. Called back at 5.10, informed it was less then 5 mins away so I told them they had until 5.15. 5.15 arrived and nothing. I called back to cancel and was hung up on. AA Cars Shipley sorted me out at short notice and I made my train with 3 whole minutes to spare. Ridiculous.

    Absolutely appauling behaviour we booked a taxi one hour ago we received a text confirming that a taxi had been dispatched and was on it's way and 2 hours later after numerous phone calls the taxi arrived and we were refused a discount for the hours we had waited wouldn't recommend them they aren't a reliable service and we were left feeling extremely disappointed and that they had ruined out night

    Fast service from Royal Cars got my call answered and they were quick to send the taxi to my house.Very fast service must be said, not a problem with their service at all.
