The ambulance service arranged transport with this company for my partner to take her to hospital after falling ill, her condition got worse after 45 minutes during the wait for transport so we decided to get her there ASAP (we understand the taxis are busy but it was in her best interests to wait no longer) my partner politely called the Taxi branch to let them know she was at the hospital & no longer needed the transport, the lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager wasnt understanding or empathetic instead she became argumentative towards my partner and was calling her a time waster & was disrespectful continuously arguing with her, my partner in the end hung up the phone and was upset which put more stress on her. Unprofessional and disgusting behaviour! This company needs to learn some customer service especially in situations like this where someones health is at hand! Will not use again!!
