I use Beeston Line regularly & they have never let me down. Very friendly & polite drivers. Wouldnt use anyone else & totally recommend them to anyone living in Leeds area. Top notch!

Total waste of time tell you one time yet take another 20 minutes and same other night i to order a taxi to armley waited 1 and a half hour for them to say no taxis are available in that area safe to say I won't be using you's again ya useless set of clowns

What a service,booked taxi to get to work 12h adwance for 5.15am ,did not turn in till 6 even when phoned and guy promise me it will come in next 10min,bles the bike save my girfriend job,never use them again

No respect for there customers always 25-30 minutes late, telling you they will be 2 minutes or the cars just come on to your street. Rude people need to be shut down, why are there no repercussions for this ridiculously bad service

I used this taxi today, the driver was confused and taking me somewhere else. when i called in office of taxi they were very rude to me.

I was insulted and intimidated today ! I do not recommend this service and would suggest you to find an alternate . Government should pass law for to protect from rude service.

Was a total fiasco booked for 8.30 am Didnt arrive two or three phone calls later finally arrived 25 mins late missed appointment at hospital through this.Will not use again.

Used them daily to work for a year. Always on time with accurate eta so am always on time to work. Highly recommend.
