Dirty taxi freezing cold with window open charged £10 more than other taxi when I got to destination complete ripoff won't use again

Awful experince! Said was sat outside for 15 mins when I was waiting outside! When I called to enquiry said rubbish and hung the phone! I then called back to complain they then apologised and sent another taxi after 20 mins I called to see where they were. They replied that I needed to get another taxi company as I was too long? Well how can that be when they didnt turn up? Called again to complain they they stated the driver had a go at them about it and its my problem. Never using again down right rude.
