Was essentially told I'm a liar by the woman on the phone. Driver drove away after slowing down and looking at Me, then cancelled the trip (I could see where he was through tracking on the app). Terrible rude customer service.

Highly recommend not to get a taxi from intime as their drivers are rude judgemental and lock you in the back for no reason trying to call police on mothers for no reason judgemental rude stupid headed drivers worst company to get a taxi from as drivers start on young mothers with kids with autism outrages taxi driver like this should be allowed to be driving at all disgusting!

Really bad service, I pre-booked a taxi several hours before for after midnight. I waited for additional 10 mins and taxi no show. I called the operator and was told the taxi came to pick up point and I didn't turn up. all surrounding buildings are closed and no where for me to go accept stand at the pick up location. So either I am invisible or intime taxi operator is lying.

Operators: unprofessional, rude and would not let you talk when making a complain. Management: They will apologies and say it will not happen again and then it happens again...thank you night shift operators for making a good day into miserable end. Management don't take action, but to calm situation will say "we will look into the matter".

I booked them around midnight, after waiting 2 mins. The operator tells me they cancelled my booking because the driver came and waited and called me, but I was a no show. I asked them to email me the proof that the driver called me as I received no calls and I didn't move from the pick up point and it would be impossible for the driver to or myself not to notice each other on Oxford road (pickup point). They disconnected my call several times. At the end I booked UBER, who came within 3 mins. Operator really really and I really mean it...really rude.

Fantastic help when needing an urgent pick up in the middle of the night, Very professional, very effective. Can see a lot of bad reviews here but Intime Taxis really did me a good turn the last night, was trying to get someone home to their unwell kid, well after 2am every company had an hour and a half wait, it being a bank holiday weekend. Explained this on the phone to them and I had a taxis in 10 mins, thanks to whoever I was talking to

6 months ago- I always rely on these guys whenever I need a taxi. They have only let me down once and that was when I needed to pre-book a minivan from Manchester Airport arrivals. They didn't allow this and said that I had to call once my family arrived. Despite being assured that a minivan would be available, once my wife and kids did arrive unfortunately the next InTime minivan could only make it in 40 minutes. I had to use an airport taxi which was a costly affair.

why do your drivers take jobs on when they are still wih there fairs when i use the app and i can see where they are and most off the time going the wrong way and turning up late

Use this firm for personal use and business use as they are the most reliable firm and have never made me late. Most of the drivers are lovely and the manage is very approachable if you have any issues or questions. Overall great firm. Thanks guys

My wife got a taxi in the morning from a local supermarket going home; not only did the driver help her out with the bags.. my wife mistakenly gave the driver extra money and with all honesty the driver handed her the extra (££)amount back which not many people nowadays would do; I'm extremely delighted with the service my wife got today and I would highly recommend people to use Intime taxi as their taxi service.

When booking we were quoted an average price for our journey but their driver charged much more. Meter not in operation so we could not check. Much more expensive than black cab for the same journey. As this company offers its services to hospital visitors, I think they should be more caring. Pity I had to leave 1-star but it is obligatory if one wishes to leave a comment - but not deserved.

Myself and my 7 month old son and my sister who is 8 months pregnant was in a taxi with a driver who had no clue how to drive safely he thought he was clever trying to speed with another vehicle going at such speed when we told him straight away he better stop driving like a idiot we refused to pay our £10 fare and he tried knocking of £2 cause he was in the wrong as soon as we told him he's getting reported he told us to get out though we were at our house at the time and drove of at a speed intime are the worst to have a dangerous rude driver like that
