If you like feeling alienated by having no music and the driver on the phone speaking in a foreign tongue then this film is for you! Didn't feel welcome at all! If I did that at work I would be sacked! Got home safe but felt uncomfortable all the way!!

Phoned a taxi on 25/3/2022 to take us to Manchester airport at 1905 and told the car would be 20 mins. Half hour later, phoned back to be told taxi would be 5 mins. Waited anothe 20 mins, still no taxi. Ordered Globe taxis next and it turned up within 5 minutes. While we were waiting for Globe taxis, two street car taxis went right past and parked at main entrance of wythenshawe hospital when we had told them it was the A+E door we were at. I will never use this cowboy firm again.

Booked taxi from Altringham to Salford price online was 18£ but driver charged me 33.40£ ,tried to contact customer service bo no one answered.Better not to use that company especially driver PV740 car reg BK13KPU

At around 2pm, on. 19-6-18 , we called a streetcar taxi to pick us up from ibis hotel , Pollard st, Manchester ...the driver tried to make out he didn't know where deansgate was ! .. Then he got my friend to type it into his phone , he faffed about a bit, while the clock ticked away . I told him he needed to turn right onto the ring road . so he then proceeded to pull away from hotel and go into the left turn lane ..he totally ignored all the directions his phone was giving him , and when we kept asking him why he was going the opp way, he just mumbled at us, like he couldn't speak English .. Driver went the longest way round, dropped us in the wrong place , and ripped us off with overcharging , thinking we didn't know the area as we're not from Manchester ..total rip off

Absolute joke. Horrendous service, terrible communication. Worst taxi company in Manchester.

These guys drive like absolute idiots, just had a taxi from there company, Silver Mercedes executive car nearly run me off the road, the driver was driving around 50mph in a 30 zone on a busy main road and cutting people up all the way down the road, he then decided to make two lanes out of one and tried to undertake me by driving in the the parking bays at the side of the road! I was turning left, whilst he was driving alongside me but couldn't make the turn as he was driving like a maniac, he then had the cheek to beep his horn at me like i was in the wrong!! DO NOT GET IN THIS TAXI! Would have put a complaint in but by the looks of other reviews on here the company clearly do not care who they have driving their taxis.

Taxi Driver Number 54 in car 2793 is a pervert, been reported to the company and all they said was will keep an eye on him, not really what you expect when he puts his hands on women alone in the taxi!!! They should be ashamed of themselves and sack the idiot. Could have chosen other words for this but had to be as polite as possible. Please be aware ladies getting in to there taxis and use an alternative if possible for your own safety!!!

Dont use .... I ordered a taxi from airport day before arrival , 4am . I arrived and followed the taxi link which told me which car . He called me and said Im in the car park . The car park was huge full of cars I asked him where in the car park . His response where I always wait in the car park I asked for specifically where and he said Ill call you back . 5 calls later I had enough I told him where I was at pick up T1 . I had to get a black cab £48 I will never use this company again couldnt even understand English Language . Stranded tired at 4 am because of this taxi service been rubbish

Shockingly late taxi and inaccurate updates about whereabouts of our taxi from the operator. I rang at 14:30 to book a taxi for 15:30 to take me and my family from Worsley to Manchester Airport. At 15:30 there was no taxi or text to say the taxi was on the way. I rang the head office and asked where the taxi was. The operator said it would be 5 mins. 10 mins later, no taxi driver. This was back and forth until 4pm. I explained to the operator that the reason why I booked the taxi one hour in advance was that we weren't late for our flight. Also we were travelling for the first time with a baby. I was continually lied to in regard to the whereabouts of our taxi. Only when a new driver took our job was I given an accurate time. This was already 18 minutes after the pickup time. So overall, my taxi to the airport was 30 minutes late which made the start to our holiday very stressful with our baby. I will never use this company again.

Sent Taxi to the Wrong place!! Made me miss an important appointment for which i had to repay money, and then didnt even offer me a refund or any compensation! Terrible Customer Service!

I booked a taxi from Asda Trafford Park to Ouse Street in Salford. Only 2 hours prior to this a friend gave me a lift from Ouse Street to Asda Trafford Park, on my google timeline this took 1.9 miles. However the taxi did it in 4.1 miles & cost £9.95. I thought at the time it was a long way round, obviously he cheated me. I wont be using your firm again, appalling service, this taxi driver isnt doing your firm any favours

Every time I call I'm asked for a password. I never set up a password. The women explained might be the previous owner before and probably was she them said due to people running from taxis ?? So people run and the previous sets a password? The women then wants me to sent a copy of my tenancy agreement in !! Provides no info and basically fobs me off. It's ok though 1010 taxis will do apps really good and uber. Clearly this buisness doesn't want to remain much longer clearly. Awful attitudes poor customer service. Never heard anything like it.

Dead phone only £10 in my pocket phone dead uber is £20 surge pricing He let me charge my phone we fell short of my destination due to the meter and he drove me to my destination anyway Kingsley will be using them again instead of uber in future.

I forgot some food in the taxie, so as soon as I realised that I have left my food in the car I called the taxie firm and the polite guy said the taxie would be back in 5 so I waited but than before that he called back and said 15 min and I said Ok I will wait, I waited for more than that and tried calling back an Indian guy answered twice and was very rude and put the phone down on me so did the women that answered after him. Whats this becoming to

Some of Alpha cars drivers are cons and ruthless, they will take passagers to a longer route and used plastic to cover their reading mitres so you won't see the amount reading, and some of them will go away with your change, this is my experience, I called the Alpha office to laid a complaint and they tried to contact the driver and at first the driver denied and he later agreed that it was a mistake, then I requested my change back the driver refused to return my money then after about a week later I called Alpha cars and the same driver came, at first I requested for my change and he denied it again then I called the Alpha office the staff that talked to me she said the driver said he want to take me to where I was going half price which he never told me after much aguement on the phone with the Alpha staff I discovered that she was siding the driver and she bang the phone on me, Alpha cars staffs lack customers care, my family and I will never use Alpha cars Manchester again.

Have booked a taxi and he picked up another ppl interested of saying sorry the customer service said you dont understand Ive booked another taxi for you !!!!!!!

Make me wait one hour and after every10 mins they ask for another 10 mins at last I had no other option so cancelled it and took Uber instead

My daughter lost her phone in the taxi rang to ask them to look tonight half an hour ago and he was very rude,the drivers hand things in this is manchester not bolton but they operate from bolton too? Asked him to ask the driver to look under the seats he said I've just told you then hung up!! What a you not what!!!

Waited an hour for an immediate pick up, they never arrived. Called five times each time was told it was "round the corner", eventually a snotty operator argued with me saying I had missed it despite being stood at the pick up point all that time. Could have got the tram with time to spare for a fraction of the cost. Do not use if you actually need to be somewhere.

Used to be really good now its absolutely poor. Now they don't even tell you when your taxi is outside and when you ring and ask to see where it is they say its bin and gone, this has happened 4 times now. Rang a taxi before they said its on its way and it took 40 minutes!! Never ever again am i ringing this taxi company

AVOID!!! AVOID!!! Awful car service!!! Terrible customer service!!!! I ordered a car in advance for a journey to the train station, THE CAR ARRIVED 25 MINUTES LATE, WHICH RESULTED ME IN MISSING MY TRAIN! being stuck at the station with 4 little kids waiting over 1 and half hours for the next train resulting me in arriving home at 11pm, and when I called them to say that i missed my train and have to purchase a new ticket they reassured me that they will reimburse me for the new ticket, (LIARS) and i am chasing them for the past 2 month and no refund has come, when calling them I am never able to get through to the manager claiming he is not in although i have called by now more then 35 times at all times of the day, They keep on promising me that i will get a call back from the manager within the day and obviously i am still waiting for the call! Rude people answering the phone!! no one is helpful there!!! emailed them countless times and no reply! DON'T TOUCH THEM!!!!!! DO NOT!!!
