    • Good morning I would like to thank you for the excellent service you provided us with on Friday 20th November 2015. We booked you to collect us from Loose, take us Snodland and then a return journey later that evening. The Car was very clean and the driver was very polite and helpful. Helping with he pushchair and bags where ever he could. He had an excellent knowledge of the local area. The message we received when out car was on its way was a brilliant idea so we knew what we was looking for when it arrived. The taxi was always on time and the journey was very enjoyable not the mention the very good price. We look forwards to using your services in the future. Many thanks Mr A Jamieson

    • We were travelling to Gatwick south on Saturday morning we ordered a taxi from United Cars in Maidstone. When we booked we received a booking confirmation of our journey, we also received a text when the cars turned up. Driver was polite and very tidy with a very clean car. The journey took about 50 minutes. We were impressed with this car service due to the efficiency and military precision on how the service was executed

    • Even a 1 star is generous the bloke who picked us up was so rude and even took the longest route home to get the most most even when we told him to keep going he made a point of going completely off route just to make it more expensive, we ended up getting out and walking the rest of the way home cause he was trying to charge more than double what we usually pay, they try to take advantage of drunk people thinking they wont notice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

    • Dont ever use this shower, they make promises, spectacularly fail to keep them, then try to blame you for their mistakes. I have an important meeting today that meant I had to catch a specific train. So we booked a taxi to the station the night before. The operator confirmed the arrival time and that the driver would ring back to confirm they had arrived. 10 minutes after their booked arrival time, we rang to clarify the whereabouts of my missinf pre-booked taxi. The operator claimed the driver had arrived early, waited outside for a few minutes without giving the promised ring back or ringing our doorbell, and then just left. They also tried to say that the operator would not have agreed to a ringback, which is a lie because they did. Ive never been so let down. Luckily iCabs had a driver available. Their driver turned up quickly and got me to the station on time. This whole situation and stress could have been prevented if Strood Cabs had simply provided a decent service. Their s

    • Booked a cab. As it was raining I looked out of the window 5 mins before it was due to arrive. After half an hour I called to see why it had not arrived. I was told it had been waiting for 20 minutes. But as they don't call and don't knock at your door, and not all of their cabs are marked, how are you to know that they arrived? !
