    • A professionally run executive service that I have always found trustworthy and would highly reccommend as safe for women travelling alone. Prices are definitely reasonable, vehicle is always clean and comfortable.I have used them for airport journeys to Heathrow, London City & Gatwick as well as from Ebbsfleet, Strood, Rochester, Sittingbourne & Sheerness train stations during difficult rail works or very late evenings. Always the first number I call and prefer to rely on!

    • Me and my wife hired a private hire car for our wedding car and the owner Val was driving the car to take my wife to the church plus take us to the wedding party afterwards, the service was nothing but exceptional and very polite and professional, Val even put white ribbons on the car plus made Christine feel less nervous and a little more relaxed. There is no words that I can say about Val's cars because it made our special day just perfect with the service we got from Val's cars and Val herself. We called Val's cars for a taxi home to Sittingbourne and the driver was fantastic with helping us load and unload our items from the car. I would recommend Val's cars to anyone and will be using them again because they are the best taxi/ private hire company that we have ever used. Thanks to everyone at Val's cars for helping us and making our day special. Thanks Adrian and Christine Ford.

    • After booking a Vals Cars taxi for 11:15pm tonight there was no sign of the car. Once we called for an update was told the car was running 15 mins late. Called again to be told they are running very late but will be there soon. Finally when we called back blatantly lied and said they had been to pick us up but no one was there when we were outside waiting as had had to leave Queenborough yacht club. We are now walking home to Minster! It is bad enough taking a booking for a specific time and reneging but to blatantly lie about arriving at the pickup is disgraceful. Will never use this company again!! Avoid if you want to get home!!!

    • Booked a taxi to pick us up from north terminal 3 weeks before we arrived. Taxi 20 minutes late, then he went to south terminal instead then we spent a further 25 minutes for him to arrive then allegedly lose his car park ticket so we waited further at machine then ticket barrier. I would give no stars if possible!!

    • Apollo provide an excellent service, I can't fault them at all. They're punctual and the drivers are so friendly and helpful. The fares are very reasonable and I will remain a loyal customer and have recommended Apollo to friends and family .....Great service from all staff
