F I COULD DO ZERO STARS - DISGUSTING!! I reported your driver MALIK PLATE SNC177 to the Police for false imprisonment as he would not let my brother out of the taxi!! I will be reporting you to Milton Keynes Council Taxi Licensing as you shouldnt be allowed to operate Ill also be writing to the MP for MILTON KEYNES I will NEVER use you again

The APP hasnt worked since it was changed. No point calling the office as they dont care. Used them for well over 20 years and Ive never known it to be as terrible as it is now. My advice is use another firm

Absolutely discusting service. Today skyline lost a long term customer. I ordered a taxi for my disabled mother and her medium dog today and am told by skyline that they are happy to take dogs and its not a problem. The taxi driver arrives opens the window and says I dont take dogs then starts to drive off before we can speak. I call the company back up and I am transferred to a person who apologises and says she will get another taxi sent and will make sure the driver is aware we have a dog. The second driver arrives again opens the window and says I dont take dogs and drives off before we can even open our mouths to respond. I call again and am passed through to this extremely rude woman who firstly does not apologise and is not empathetic in anyway, I proceed to tell them what we have just gone through and mention my mothers disabled and has just had to walk out the house and down the yard twice. She laughs and says what has your mothers disability got to do with anything

Ordered two cabs for 1am on a Sunday morning, both turned up within 5 minutes. We left a bag in one of the cabs, the cab drivers dropped it back to us the next day.

Worst taxi service in milton Keynes, bad customer service , rude and unprofessional staff on switch board.!! Would not recommend.

Dreadful service ordered a taxi early as was for trip to station - had a text just before due to be picked up to say no cars available

Waited for 2 hours at 3 15 at night. Got other company to pick us up. At 5 15 they called and said - we here were are u??....

Service does not seem to have improved. Was let down yet again today. Skyline came to the rescue.

First they put the phone down on me to giggle with someone in the office. Stupidly I rang back. Driver was the ruddest driver I have ever had. Would not let me use the boot for 3 large shopping bags and then tried to drive miles out of the way because he only wanted to drive on major roads. Could not recommend them in the slightest and will not use again.

Went to Milton Keynes theatre on Sunday evening. The show was due to finish at 9pm So I had pre booked my taxi in advance. Missed the last bit of the show to ensure we were outside for 9pm but the taxi didn't turn up to take us to the station. Rang constantly there was no answer. We missed our 930 train to Birmingham, had to buy new tickets and missed our connection from New Street so had to taxi a black cab home! Unreliable and poor service!

The coach looked a little naff but you get what you pay for. Nice friendly driver with no dodgy driving on the way.

Really efficient taxi company. They arrived bang on time and the driver was really friendly and helpful with my luggage. Will use again.

Driver didnt even come to my address that I had given, I wasn't advised on the phone or once I entered the vehcle that it was cash only. had to give the driver directions to my destination then once I paid him had to spend 15 mins hanging about as he had no change ! Poor show .... really disappointed as it was the first I used this company

Have used Royal Cabs for airport transfers consistently for the last 3 years & referred so much business. After getting into Luton (so lucky with storm Dennis) & a 14 hour journey with delays with an 18month & 2.5 year old. The cab for our return journey was there as usual but without our child carseats. We phoned the operator who told us that it was not illegal to put the children in a taxi without car seats. No apology, no concern for their safety driving in that weather & said maybe the carseats would be with us on Monday!! We have called today to pick up the carseats. They refuse to tell us where to pick them up from & put the phone down. We will need to hear from 'the controller'. How can I take both children to nursery tomorrow with no car seats!! This is extraordinary. So families for your half term holidays - I'd say not the company for you. Royal cabs - please get in touch to return our property.
