Horrendous taxi company. Rude drivers, cars stinking of old cigarettes, never on time. Booked a taxi for 9:00 from the station- my train arrived at 9:00 exactly and as I got off at 9:01 I got a text saying “Youve missed your car”. This happened about 5 times!! No clue about customer service- was spoken to rudely almost every time and not even thanked. I could go on and on. Never use this company!!

Utter rubbish. The app is the biggest waste of time Ive ever tried to use. Staff on phones get nippy very quickly. Save the hassle and call a company that actually wants your business.

The worst taxi company, always late even though I book the taxi nearly 2 hrs ahead, and the staff are so arrogant and cheeky. The worst taxi company ever. Avoid... I can see how many bad reviews this company has had, they are disgusting.

I normally call this taxi company everyday at 7 am to book a taxi for 8.30 to take my daughter to high school, never normally a problem when I call, until this morning when I called and asked to book a taxi and this woman was so rude and cheeky, telling me she can't promise a taxi, and I'll be lucky if I get one. I explained to her that I always call and book a taxi it's never a problem the way that she spoke to me was appalling. I asked to speak to the boss, and was told call back on Monday which is in 4 days. I asked for her name so I know who I'm complaining about, and she refused, And then she told me my daughter shouldn't be aloud in their taxis because they don't take teenagers to high school, I called back as I wanted the boss details and hers, and this time the guy that answered is the one I normally talk to in the morning to book my taxi and he hung up on me. My family spend £100 a week with this firm. Not anymore. Absolutely disgusting.

I phoned a taxi from this company, I then received a text message saying my taxi was outside and it wasn't, I phoned and told them my taxi wasn't outside to be told my taxi was in Glasgow under a different name! They said they would get a taxi out to me but the same thing happened again! I then phoned again and told my taxi was on its way. In total I had waited 1 hour 30 minutes so phoned to see where my taxi was to then be told the taxi company doesn't even cover gartcosh!!!! Furious I had waited that long to be told they don't even cover this area!!!!! Utter joke.

Joke of a taxi company. Refusing to send taxis to my house because there taxi driver crashed into a car while on the phone the day before and still continued to use his phone while driving. AVOID

Waited over 3 hours for a taxi that was pre booked. When i phoned them back they said there was no taxi booked because there was no destination? Of clirse there was a destination. I wasnt getting a taxi to no where.

Appalling taxi firm. Waited an hour for a cab, despite calling every 20 minutes. You would think if they couldn't cover a hire they'd just say or offer to contact another cab firm. No chance from the monosyllabic operators. Avoid this cab firm at all costs, or you'll be left standing, quite literally.

Called to get a taxi from Glasgow city centre to Airdrie, was told will get a car out as soon as possible. Waited at my pick up for half an hour and when i called back was told that they werent taking pickups from Glasgow and i couldnt have called them it mustve been another company. Then when i questioned this was given abuse down the phone from the girl, will be making a complaint to the company 1st thing in the morning.

What a rubbish company called this morning was told we're busy might be a while so I called Penny cabs called again at 5pm and pre booked a cab for 5.40pm, not a problem I was told at 6.15pm and four phone calls later I gave up. Joke of a company
