DO NOT USE! Quoted £60 for a journey (to Heathrow airport), arrived 30mins late and driver wanted £70! Unacceptable. Lost a local customer! Goodbye!

They charged 63 £ despise the ride from Luton is 40 ,as thats what I jay with any cab ,also I asked how much it is to be told by the driver the receptionist was wrong and hes replacing someone so !!!!! Never again

Terrible service. Turned up 20 mins late without the car seats we didn't. Never use. They trade under multiple names - finchley cars, finchley minicabs etc. I have a disability and the stress of having no car to the airport was huge. I'm complaining to the PCO and my local mp as they are fraudsters.

Very unreliable, rude and unprofessional. Avoid to use this company at any cost. Especially if you need a cab to an airport. Booked and never turned up. Called the office 5 times, the guy on the phone was rude, put me on hold, hanging the line. It is a shame is not possible to rate with less than 1 star
