Fares are extortionate and when booking a 7 seater no one made us aware it was a fixed fee of £60 from wessington way to Newcastle at 1pm in afternoon. It wouldve been cheaper to get 2 normal sized taxis and obviously we wouldnt have used if wed known. I was gutted my elderly parents arrived at a family birthday party £60 cash less in their wallet. DO NOT USE!!

Terrible service. Pre booked mini bus, driver arrived 25 minutes late. Did not turn up for return journey. Waited an hour before ordering Uber taxi. Would not recommend.

Great company driver was called mick I think lovely fella helped with the luggage and carried it all the way to the door while I got my kids ready Definitely book again

Disgusting company, left us stranded at the last minute, lied about the driver being stuck at Shields. Rude, horrible man, do not use this company, I missed my great granddaughters christening through them!
