Contract Taxi - Same time pick up to and from work everyday. Taxi is rarely on time and when you call the operator they are rude, condescending and unable to help at all. They tell you it's on the way, it's round the corner, it will only be another 5 minutes and boom you've waited 45 minutes. I could walk faster than the time it takes the taxi to get there on time. They keep saying there are no available drivers. I don't know how that is possible considering that it's a contract and it's the exact same pick up time to and from work. They know the time in advance and still are unable to turn up on time. When you ask them how they can resolve this so it doesn't happen again, they are rude, don't have an answer and simply can't solve the issue. Useless taxi company I strongly advise not to use.

Have been getting taxis from this company for a long time, purely as a matter of necessity. Enough is enough. Far too many xenophobic and racist white drivers working for this cab Co. Also not allowed to say to the driver, I'm not arguing with you, you're just not getting a tip. Apparently that's aggression. At a push, as long as you have an A-Z with you they'd do. Otherwise avoid at all costs. BTW, I'm white too. Just can't abide bigots, racists or taxi drivers who don't know the roads but can't just say sorry when they're at fault. Instead at the thought of no top, the taxi driver leaves me in the cold wet darkness outside a pub. Never again. Southside have to be the worst taxi company in Glasgow.

Absolute garbage, probably the most unprofessional driver service I've ever used. 30 minutes late for a booking. No apology. No excuse and when I called to find out where they were was told I had to wait until s car was in the area.....that's why you were booked in the first place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

While I was locked out of my house at 3:30am during winter the taxi driver took advantage of the situation and charge me £10 to get my keys back and threatened to take my phone from me too despite the journey already being paid for in advance. A refund has been given however the fact I was blackmailed shows the lengths this company will go too for money

Friendly driver quick pick up an drop off.. £5 difference between quoted price and actual price tho which annoyed me. So won't be in a rush to use again but would if I had to

Awful taxi service. Driver was rude and unpleasant. Didn't even bother waiting for my young daughter to put her seatbelt on before driving off. Will not be using again.
